Why you and not someone else?

Firstly, we are very good at what we do and our one-stop-shop process only makes money if we provide you with success. Unlike other groups, we don’t charge a margin or fee, meaning our costs are transparent and savings are all yours to take. Secondly, there aren’t many of us in Australasia.

Neutral vendors like us are common-place around the world, yet slow to arrive in Australia as they require formidable technology that has not been readily available in local markets.

If we already have technology covering other areas, why put in another system?

Having too many systems can become a nightmare for companies, which is why Quadzu is a one-stop-shop for all workforce needs. However, it is also agnostic, meaning it can talk and work seamlessly with principle systems like SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards.

As a result of this functionality, Quadzu can become part of any system you may already have, rather than another system altogether.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the system can be configured any way you would like. We offer costs per hour, per month or as an upfront cost. Fundamentally we build all costs based on volume, hours and complexity, however, we are yet to develop a project for a client that hasn’t saved more money than it costs.

How much will I save?

Due to the complexity of every client and company being so different, this is difficult to tell, however most clients achieve over a 15% reduction in their workforce business costs.

It should be said that we have never had a client that hasn’t achieved cost savings and even in some cases, for larger clients, these numbers can run well into the millions of dollars.

What about if we already have a panel supplying us?

This is not a problem as we are neutral. We can implement our team and systems with your current suppliers, with a view to making it more transparent and effective, highlighting the best suppliers for you.

How about if we don’t have any suppliers but are looking to go that way?

We’ve got you covered as we can run professional tender processes from the very beginning whilst conducting HR consulting works.

This includes wage analysis and IR negotiations and can build your future supplier panel and process from the ground up. This is why our systems are a one-stop-shop.

How long does it take to implement?

Depending on what the client decides on for their services, we can have everything running within 2 weeks, or for more in-depth companies, the process can take up to 6 months.

Regardless of the size or job, we aim to have the client up and running in no time, with our staff always going the extra mile to ensure this happens.

Can you also assist with just consulting?

We support all of our works with legislative, HR, commercial and contractual expertise. These groups also can be utilised directly by our clients for separate projects such as needing to vote in a new agreement, wage analysis, or recruitment process audits, just to name a few.

Are you an Indigenous company?

No we are not. However, we have a number of internal proven experts who have been involved in award-winning Indigenous programs throughout the years. We also admire and work with a lot of expert Indigenous-owned businesses with whom we engage for their services on behalf of our clients at preferential rates. This ensures we get meaningful and real outcomes for Indigenous people and it’s a real area of passion for us.
