Exciting times!

We have moved to a new office!


Since its inception, Diplomatik has continued to expand rapidly, developing a good deal of trust from the industry though our thoughtful and honest business practices promoting innovation and efficiencies to a growing list of clients, all the while improving their workforce practices and reducing their workforce costs.

This success has meant our own need for expansion, and we are extremely excited to now relocate our Head Office to new modern premises in West Perth.

From the very first days of our existence the venue was already earmarked, defiantly declared publicly to anyone who would listen, as a space our Director would point to and say to people… ‘’we are going to take over that space, it is going to reflect us and where we are going.” Being in the same building as our original offices, all our employees would walk past the office and everyone had heard the story…. so many times!

Turns out his statement was more a mission or goal than a dream. Looking back, it was more a matter of time than ‘’if’’.

And so, our new office has been dreamt of, considered and designed over some time, both informally and formally. Now with a very mindful design fit-out to improve our employees experience each day by providing them a modern open plan work space with large windows allowing light, internal plants and wireless and simple technology solutions wherever possible. One of the most enjoyable processes we have gone through was allowing the employees themselves to have an opportunity to personalise ’their space’, their breakout areas, and to name rooms. All of this continues to help us identify ‘’who we are, and what we stand for as a group’’ together as a team.

With a higher volume of clients wanting to spend time with us understanding how our combination of cutting edge technology along with industry best practice, delivers improvements to their recruitment and workforce logistics efficiencies and productivity, we have multiple meeting rooms and display rooms to work alongside our valued customers while they explore the many facets of improvement that can be achieved, and target the area’s most impactful to them.

So, drop by for a coffee or a chat, we’re a friendly bunch and we are pretty proud of where we’ve come from and where we are going to. We know there is a long story to be written for Diplomatik over the years, but if the last few years are anything to go by, it’s not going to be boring and it is going to be a really exciting journey.

Our Technology

This is our Real Time Business Intelligence System, which provides workforce visibility and real-time workforce cost data in various formats, segmented by location, task and skill, whilst also being able to interface with other existing systems.
