We are a neutral vendor which means we aren’t a competitor to you and do not conduct labour hire ourselves. We want you to succeed and we never take people off you or restrict your ability to supply like a traditional labour hire lead managed vendor.

As a neutral vendor, we promote great suppliers from our panels or tenders and the efficiencies we offer clients are the same ones we also offer you. This means you don’t need to conduct exhaustive business development to clients to win work and receive automated timesheet facilities and timely invoice payments through a well-managed contract.

We also have set fair rules for supply panels, meaning you can focus on your expertise and service. We have found this is the fairest method of setting panels and we truly reward those groups who understand their unique selling point and understand great service and meeting contracts.

We provide both in-person and online access to client accounts, with the aim of achieving transparency for our clients and suppliers, ensuring both receive unparalleled levels of vision over outcomes and opportunities.

We manage effective process and supply and regularly meet with our clients’ workforce specialists and panels to help them target growth, success and the best outcomes for their company. We outline areas where businesses can maximise opportunities, as well as those areas in which they are performing exceptionally well. We help clients which in turn translates to helping recruiters.

We had a panel of labour providers that had been running for some time. The WA market and economy had retracted considerably and our business was directed to focus on initiatives that could save costs without reducing our capability.
